We would like
to thank Rene Goedderz of Brainerd, MN for giving us the opportunity to
purchase Moondance. We first saw him in February 2002 and at that
time purchased a mare bred to Moondance. The resulting foal was a
wonderful filly with a great personality, the knack to learn quickly, and
the ability to adjust to new situation in calm manner. When we learned
that Moondance was being offered for sale, we knew we needed to go and
see him again! Between his great personality, good conformation,
and the fact that he has only sired pinto foals, he was an obvious beneficial
addition to our breeding program!
The American
Shetland Pony Club has also opened a new registry called the National Show
Pony Registry (NSPR) which is open to part bred Shetland or Miniatures.
This means that a foal sired by Moondance and any breed of mare is eligible
for registration with the NSPR!
