Willow experienced a couple rough years as a
youngster, the first time I saw her she was extremely undernourished, nursing a
yearling foal, and had been exposed to a stallion. Chances Mini Horse Rescue was
able to remove Willow from the situation and we served as her foster
home. Through careful feeding and veterinary care Willow recovered,
although we do feel that she probably would have matured a little larger if she
hadn't foaled so young and had received suitable nutrition. We decided to
adopt Willow and although she can be shy; she does enjoy attention and is
always looking for a treat. Please help support CMHR if you are able and
help other wonderful mini's and ponies find good homes!
